Re-Enrollment Form
Due February 1, 2021
 
Re-enrollment forms for current families for the 2021-2022 school year are due no later than Monday, February 1, 2021. We kindly ask that all families submit this form, indicating Yes, No, or Maybe, notifying NLS whether your family plans on returning next year, so that we know how many spots we have available in each class. With admissions decision letters going out to new families in March, submission of this form is critical to reserving a space for your child(ren) for next year. We want to make sure that our current families who wish to return get priority when building our classes for the upcoming school year.
 
 
Enrollment Deposit
Due February 28, 2021
 
Families had two enrollment deposit options from which to choose when they signed their 2020-2021 enrollment contracts:
 
1.) Pay the 2021-2022 enrollment deposit over the current 10-month tuition cycle. Thus, the enrollment deposit will be paid in full by June 30, 2021.
 
  • Families who chose this payment option and inform the Admissions Office no later than February 28, 2021 that they chose NOT to return for the 2020-2021 school year will receive a reimbursement of enrollment deposit paid, thus far. In addition, enrollment deposit payment for the months of March through June will be terminated.
  • Families that miss the February 28, 2021 notification deadline will forfeit their enrollment deposit.
 
2.) Pay the 2021-2022 enrollment deposit IN FULL – no later than February 28, 2021 – along with February’s tuition. For some, this is essentially a double tuition payment.
 
For families that chose option 2, enrollment deposits are due no later than February 28, 2021 in order to reserve a space for your child(ren) for the 2021-2022 school year. Enrollment deposits are equal to one month’s tuition, not to exceed $500. The enrollment deposit is non-refundable.
 
Families may submit the enrollment deposit by using the online payment option (below) or by submitting a check or card directly to the front office. Please contact Molly Harrington to arrange for an in-person deposit submission.
How to complete an online enrollment deposit payment: Enter Parent/Guardian Name in the 'Enrollment Deposit' box. Enter the deposit amount in the next box (USD). Then type in the student's name in the '2021-2022 Enrollment' box. Hit PayPal or debit/credit card button to complete.

Financial Aid
Due March 31, 2021
 
The amount of tuition assistance is determined following an application process that requires timely completion of the SSS application along with submission of requested financial documentation (e.g., most recent tax returns, W2s, proof of cash assistance, proof of food stamps). Applications should be completed online and can be found HERE. The Northern Light School Code is 9158.
 
Please note that submission of SSS Application does not constitute automatic approval for tuition assistance. Tuition assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are no longer available. 
 
Completed SSS applications are due no later than March 31, 2021.
