Bio

 

Maureen joined Northern Light School in 1991 as a classroom resource specialist. In 1994 she began focusing on preparing our eighth grade students for high school in the areas of Language Arts and Study Skills, as well as assisting with high school applications and entrance test practices.  Maureen has worked with every NLS eighth grade class.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, where she also received her Teaching Credential.  Prior to moving to California Maureen taught at both the high school and university levels in Canada.
