Bio

Molly Harrington is an East Bay Area native with over 15 years working in Early Childhood Education and Development. Prior to joining Northern Light School, she spent nearly a decade as a daycare owner and provider. She began her career working with teenagers and adults with special needs and at various preschools/daycares in the Bay Area.

Molly takes pride in developing strong relationships with children and their families to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment where students can thrive both emotionally and academically. Northern Light School’s mission to educate the whole child and recognize each child as an individual learner is in line with Molly’s values and she is proud to be a part of such an inclusive and positive community.
