Re-Enrollment Information for Current Families

2017-2018

Below are the important re-enrollment deadlines for current families for the 2017-2018 school year:
 

Re-Enrollment Form

Deadline: February 6, 2017
 
In order to reserve a spot for your child(ren) for the 2017-2018 school year, online or physical submission of this form is due no later than Monday, February 6, 2017. 

 

Enrollment Deposit

Deadline: February 28, 2017
 
Families had two enrollment deposit options from which to choose when they signed their 2016-2017 financial contracts:
  1. Pay the 2017-2018 enrollment deposit over the current 10-month tuition cycle. Thus, the enrollment deposit will be paid in full by June 30, 2017.
    • Families who chose this payment option and inform the Admissions Office no later than April 1, 2017 that they chose NOT to return for the 2017-2018 school year will receive a reimbursement of enrollment deposit paid, thus far. In addition, enrollment deposit payment for the months of April through June will be terminated.
    • Families that miss the April 1, 2017 notification deadline will forfeit their enrollment deposit.
  2. Pay the 2017-2018 enrollment deposit IN FULL – no later than February 28, 2017 – along with February’s tuition. For many, this is essentially a double tuition payment.
For families that chose option 2, enrollment deposits are due no later than February 28, 2017 in order to reserve a space for your child(ren) for the 2017-2018 school year. Enrollment deposits are equal to one month’s tuition, not to exceed $500.
 

BASIC Fund

Deadline: March 10, 2017
 

BASIC Fund scholarships are awarded to low-income families who qualify for the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch Program, are entering private school for the first time, and have children entering kindergarten through 8th grade. BASIC Fund scholarships awarded are up to $1,600 per child per year. The deadline for new families/siblings is Friday, March 10, 2017.

Financial Aid Application (SSS)

Deadline: March 31, 2017
 
This year, we have switched our financial aid processing company to SSS (School & Student Services). Their application is available on our website and on the SSS website: https://sssbynais.org/parents/apply/

If you wish to seek financial aid for the 2017-2018 school year, SSS financial aid applications must be completed and submitted online to SSS no later than March 31, 2017.
